How do you get your hair to curl like that?!

The curls are from a 1 inch barrel curling wand (curling iron without the clip). A nice model that heats to like 400 degrees. Just wrap large sections of hair for a few seconds and it stays for several days...the curl just loosens a bit. I LOVE it, mainly b/c it saves me so much time.
