 I've been so M.I.A from the blog lately...

but at least I'm keeping up with photos on my phone.

Hopefully I'll get around to showing some house photos

once we make some progress. 

Makayla's room got painted this weekend!

 I got a wild hair to paint it while Brandon

was at the Masters. Of course I ran out of paint

at midnight. Blech! Thankfully, a million times over, Vlad

came over Sunday afternoon and helped me finish it up.

What a champ!

Design visions are in the works,

and I'm thinking it is going to be a lovely

little room for a very lovely little girl.

(ended up going with the light pink

on the far right paint chips...see photo below...

Benjamin Moore's Flush Pink. Dried slightly

darker than my original vision, but still gave

the room a pretty pink glow without

being bubble gum. I think the rule on paint chips

is that they rarely translate, and always dry darker!

note to self...)
